Creel Surveys - Klamath River

Annual field data from Klamath River Creel surveys. Field data collected from interviews with shore and boat based recreational anglers. Klamath River Project, within the Klamath-Trinity Program is responsible for monitoring harvest of Chinook salmon on the Lower Klamath River for annual population estimates. Four data collections are provided, Lower Klamath River Fall Creel survey data (1998-2017), Lower Klamath River Fall Creel survey data (2018-2022), Mid-Klamath River Fall Creel Survey Data (1999-2002), and Lower Klamath River Spring Creel Survey Data (2017-2022). This data and metadata were submitted by California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Staff though the Data Management Plan (DMP) framework with the id: DMP000519.
