Hospital Equity Measures Reports
The data tables include information reported by hospitals regarding their analysis of access to and quality of care by age, sex, race, ethnicity, language, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, and socioeconomic status. These annual reports also contain measures of patient access, quality, and outcomes by these demographics, as recommended by the Hospital Equity Measures Advisory Committee (HEMAC), along with plans to prioritize and address disparities for vulnerable populations identified in the data. Information will be made available in several formats, including CSV, Excel and PDF.
