It includes counts of enrollment records, service records from medical and pharmacy claims, and the number of individuals represented across these records. Reporting Year

The type of drug (e.g., respiratory agents, enzyme inhibitors) associated with the NDC .

Drug Class

Indicates if the drug dispensed is branded or a generic based on the NDC.

Brand/Generic

Payers are the companies, programs, and organizations that oversee insurance plans and reimburse healthcare providers. Commercial, Medi-Cal, and Medicare are the three main types of payers.
