Influenza_AH1: Total number of specimens positive for Influenza virus, type A, subtype (H1N1), the influenza A (H1N1) virus that circulated prior to the 2009 influenza pandemic.

Influenza_AH1pdm09: Total number of specimens positive for Influenza virus, type A, subtype (H1N1)pdm09, the influenza A (H1N1) virus that emerged during the 2009 influenza pandemic.

Influenza_ANotSubtyped: Total number of specimens positive for Influenza virus, type A, for which subtyping was not attempted or not possible. Reasons subtyping might not have been possible include the detection of a novel, pandemic, or variant influenza virus (such as during the 2009 influenza pandemic) or specimens that did not have enough influenza virus present to allow for complete subtyping.
