This file contains weighted average annual ETo, total precipitation, and Peff data on a fiscal year basis at the service area level for suppliers that have received their residential Landscape Area Measurement results from the Department of Water Resources. The tables from which this dataset have been compiled are released by the Department of Water Resources per fiscal year at [this page](https://data.cnra.ca.gov/dataset/dwr-urban-water-use-objective-data).
